A Little About Me

My name is Donnie Macaskill and I am a woodturner based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

For the last 15 years I have been creating hand turned items. 

Nearly all of the wood used is Scottish home grown and where possible from sustainable sources.

Born from a passion for creating handmade, unique items. I have been interested in experimenting with materials of all kinds to discover how they can be integrated into my work. What started as a hobby that turned into a love for the craft.
